Saturday Nido Class (9 am - 10:30 am) - $6,500.00
Thursday Nido Class (2:45 pm to 3:45 pm) - $5,300.00

Terms of Enrollment and Refund Policy

I agree and accept the Terms of Enrolment and Refund Policy outlined below:

Terms of Enrollment and Refund Policy

1. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees for the first 12 consecutive lessons must be submitted along with a new application. Please note that no refunds, including partial refunds, will be issued once the application is submitted.

2. Postponement: The confirmed commencement date may be deferred once. Please contact us before the actual start date.

3. Make-up Lessons:
- (a) Two make-up lessons are permitted for each set of 12 lessons.
- (b) Eligible make-up lessons will be automatically added after the completion of each 12-lesson set.
- (c) Parents are responsible for informing their child’s class teacher about any absences in advance and for reserving make-up lessons.
- (d) Unused lessons can be transferred to other playgroup programs but will not be converted into refunds.
- (e) Class cancellations due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, Education Bureau (EDB) advice, or other unforeseen events will not lead to tuition adjustments but will qualify for a special makeup lesson.
- 4. Liability Disclaimer: Island Children’s Montessori House, Island Children’s Montessori School and Kindergarten, Island Montessori International Kindergarten, and their teachers, administrators, officers, directors, and employees shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, accidents, losses, or other damages incurred by students or caregivers at any time on the playgroup premises or school grounds.
- 5. Media and Photography: Photographs are taken periodically for the class gallery and may be used in curriculum-related activities and promotional materials, such as Instagram, Facebook, or the school website. If you wish to exclude your child's photographs from social media purposes, please provide written notice prior to the commencement of the first lesson.
