Enrollment and admission to Island Children's Montessori House (ICMH) are subject to the conditions outlined below *

I agree to the below Terms of Enrolment.

Students must be between 2 and 6 years old at the time of participation in the Summer Camp.

Before 15th July 2026, discounts are available for enrollment in 2 to 8 sessions, with the discount amount varying based on the number of sessions. Payment must be completed in a single transaction, on a per-student basis to qualify.

Each camp session consists of 5 consecutive days of AM or PM classes. Sessions must be attended in their entirety in either the morning or afternoon, without mixing session times or splitting attendance between different sessions or weeks.

A one-time request to transfer to another summer camp session is allowed, subject to space availability.

The Summer camp will continue to operate under Tropical Cyclone Signal 1 or 3, and during yellow or red rainstorm warnings.

About Buddy Referral Rebate Offer: Cash rebates are available exclusively to fee-paying campers in this year's Summer Camp.

Class cancellations due to conditions beyond our control, such as Tropical Cyclone Signal 8 or above, black rain warnings, EDB directives, or unforeseen circumstances will not result in fee adjustments, refunds, or makeup lessons.

There are no refunds, exchanges, makeup lessons, transfers, or camp credits for absences due to sickness or personal reasons.

Island Children's Montessori House or Island Children's Montessori Kindergarten are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or losses incurred to students or accompanying adults while on school premises.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our campers. Personal information will only be used for camp administration purposes and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

We reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the camp for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the parent/guardian in writing.

Parents/guardians must provide a contactable emergency phone number for their child.

Parents must notify the Summer Camp team in writing about any health or special needs their child may have at the time of enrollment, or at least one week before the first day of camp.

Information and notifications will be sent to the email address provided in the camper’s application form.

Island Children’s Montessori House reserves the right to final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.

Parent Declaration and Acceptance of Terms

By signing this form, I hereby release and indemnify Island Children’s Montessori House, Island Children’s Montessori School, Island Children’s International Nursery and Kindergarten and its instructors, teachers, administrators, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all actions, claims, and demands for damages, indemnity, costs, interest, loss or injury of every nature and kind whatsoever which we may have had, may now or may hereafter have, in any way relating to or arising from my child’s enrollment and/or participation in activities and events at this Science and Montessori Summer Camp.

I hereby permit my child to be filmed or photographed by Island Children’s Montessori House and I hereby irrevocably grant permission for my child’s likeness to appear in curriculum-related areas and promotional materials authorized or published by Island Children’s Montessori House, Island Children’s Montessori School, Island Children’s International Nursery and Kindergarten without notice or compensation, including the website and social media. I understand that requests for my child’s photos to not be used must be explicitly made in writing.

I acknowledge having read the above Terms of Enrolment and Refund Policy. I hereby understand and will comply with the above policies.
