Application for Montessori Enrichment Program

Terms of Enrollment and Refund Policy

1. Fees & Deposits: A security deposit of $6,000 and a non-refundable application fee of $500 are payable at the time of application. The security deposit will be refunded after the completion of a minimum of 36 lessons.



2. Minimum Enrollment: Enrollment requires a minimum of two lessons per week for a term of 36 lessons (referred to as a “term”).



3. Tuition Payments: Tuition fees are invoiced by the term and payable monthly, due on the 1st day of each enrolled month. There are no full or partial tuition fee refunds.



4. Assessments & Certification: Students will receive an assessment report after completion of each term. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful attendance of at least 3 terms.



5. Deferral Policy: Deferral is possible within 1 month of the confirmed start date. Each 36-lesson term must be finished within 5 months of the start date. If a withdrawal occurs during deferral, the security deposit is non-refundable.



6. Make-up Lessons: Two make-up lessons are permitted for every 12-lesson bundle, per the Enrollment Confirmation.



7. Class Cancellations: We observe EDB advice regarding weather. Cancellations due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3/8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warnings, or other unforeseen events will not lead to tuition adjustments but will qualify for a special makeup lesson.



8. Absences: Sickness or personal leave will not result in tuition adjustments, refunds, or additional make-up lessons.



9. Liability Disclaimer: Island Children’s Montessori House (and affiliated schools) and their staff shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred by students or caregivers on premises.



10. Media and Photography: Photographs may be taken for class galleries and promotional materials (Instagram, Facebook, website). To exclude your child, please provide written notice prior to the first lesson.
